Dr. Marvin Cohen

Dr. Cohen was a Principal Research Scientist and Fellow at GTRI and Manager of The GTRI NCTI Program Office. He is CEO of IRTA, Inc. and MCA, and is a Fellow of the IEEE. He is the author of over 120 research publications in the areas of radar, target identification, and sensor fusion, including 5 chapters in four graduate-level texts, and teaches in 5 GIT Short Courses.
